Nick has worked on many games over the years. While many of them would sit and forever rot, as unfinished pieces of software only to ever be seen by Nick's closest friends and relatives, Nick has managed to release a few finished games now and then, including one that wound up winning first place in a National Competition. If Nick can help it, we'll be seeing much more of the latter than the former.

We Need to go Deeper is going to be the first official release by Nick's recently founded Indie Group, Deli Interactive. We have been working days and nights getting this thing ready for prime-time, and so far it's been shaping up to be a pretty dang fun game. 

In short, Deeper is a 2-4 player cooperative Submarine Roguelike set in a fictional Jules Verne-inspired underwater universe. You and up to three other players must work together to pilot an underwater submarine. In the game, you and your crew will explore The Unchartable Waters, a section of the ocean that is known to mysteriously rearrange itself from time to time, sending many travelers into a mad spiral into death. Will you and your crew-mates make it all the way to the bottom? Or will you perish in the waters, like so many of the adventurers before you?

We Need to go Deeper will release on both PC and Mac platforms, hopefully somewhere in early 2014. We're really excited about this one, and play-tests have been ultimately positive thus far.
